How to Check Voicemail
Checking voicemail from any phone:
1.) If outside the museum call (504) 528-1944
2.) During the welcome message press * and input your extension and password
If you are in web phone access and need to check voicemail or forward voicemail to email:
1.) Once logged into the website, click “Voicemail” at the top list
2.) To listen voicemail click on the speaker icon
3.) To forward voicemail to email click “enabled” under voicemail settings
4.) Once the box has been checked enabled, input your email next to “voicemail email”
5.) On the right hand side there is an option for “email attachments;” click yes for this option and all new voicemail will be sent as an email attachment
6.) Once finished making changes, click “Save Settings”
