How to Forward Your Extension
For phones with a color display:
1.) Press the “forward” button and select “Always”
2.) Input your cell phone number, with the number “7” input before it
3.) In the bottom right corner, hit the button below “enable”
4.) Your calls will now be forwarded to that number
For phones with a monochrome display:
1.) Forwarding for the phone models without a full color display must be done through the web interface (continue reading for guidelines)
If you are in web phone access and wish to forward your extension:
1.) Once logged into the website click “Features” at the top bar
2.) Once on the features pages check the box “Forward my calls to a single number”
3.) With the box selected, input your cell phone number in the box (note: you must input “7” before typing your external number)
Note: To immediately have your extension ring your cell phone instead of doing so after 15 seconds, change the “forward after” box to 0 seconds
4.) Once finished making changes click “Apply All Changes” at the bottom of the page
