How to Scan to Email
1.) On the home screen, select the green “Scanner” button
2.) Make sure the top left dropdown reads “Scan to Email,” and a list of names will appear.
Select your name – if listed – and proceed to scan. Continue to next step if not listed.
3.) Select “Specify destinations” and a few options are available:
a.) Tap “Enter using keyboard” to add your email address manually
b.) Tap “Search Address Book” if your name is already added
c.) Tap “Program New Destination” to add your name to the address book

4.) Select the Green Circle ( “Start”), and proceed to scan. You will now receive an email with your scanned document
