How to forward a voicemail
Forwarding from a physical handset
1.) Dial 8555, and enter your voicemail password
2.) Press 1 for new messages, and listen to the voicemail
3.) Once the voicemail completes playing, press 8 to forward
4.) You will then be asked to enter the extension
5.) Press 2 to forward the message
Forwarding or saving a voicemail from the website
1.) Login to your phone’s webpage: https://cp.fonality.com
Note: Your username/password were included your new hire credentials sheet.
2.) Once logged in, click the “Voicemail” tab at the top of the page
3.) Search the voicemail list for a message to forward, then click the green arrow to the right.
4.) Enter the email you wish to send the voicemail to, then click “OK”
5.) Alternatively, you can click on the speaker icon under the “Play” column and save the message to your computer.
