How to access Outlook data archive or PST

1.) Click “File” in the top left corner of Outlook

2.) Click “Open & Export”

3.) Then click on “Open Outlook Data File”

4.) Select the file you want to open

5.) Once you click “Open” the Archive will be attached to your outlook and will appear all the way at the bottom of you inbox
