View Permissions on a file in Outlook
1. Open Outlook and navigate to the file you want to check the permissions for.
2. Right-click on the file and select "Properties" from the context menu.
3. In the Properties window, go to the "Permissions" tab.
4. Here, you will see a list of users and groups that have access to the file, along with their permission levels. You can also add or remove users and groups and change their permission levels.
