Create a website shortcut
1. Open Your Web Browser: Launch your preferred web browser (e.g., Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge).
2. Navigate to the Website: Enter the URL of the website you want to create a shortcut for in the address bar and go to the site.
3. Locate the Website Icon in the Address Bar: Look for the website menu icon or favicon to the left of the address bar. It's usually a small in the shape of a lock or gears.

4. Drag and Drop to Desktop: Click and drag the website icon from the address bar to your desktop. A shortcut will then be created.
5. Alternatively, Right Click on Empty Space to Create a Shortcut: Right click on an empty area, then click "New," and click "Shortcut."

6. Paste the link: Within the shortcut screen, simply paste the URL you want to link to.

7. Click Next & Finish: Click next, name your shortcut, then click finish to complete the steps. You are now done.
