Phone not ringing for Teams calls

There is a known issue on iOS with users that previously disabled their Teams notifications on their mobile devices. To re-enable notifications and receive phone calls, follow the steps below.

1. Remove App: Hold on Press and hold on the Teams app until the "Remove App" option appears.

2. Delete Teams: Tap "Delete App" and remove the app from your phone

3. Reinstall Teams: Go to the App Store, and download Teams. Once reinstalled, phone call notifications will operate normally.
