1. Click on the “Start” button.
2. Type “Run” then click on “Run.”
3. In the “Run” box type “\\prnsrvr” and click the “OK” button.
4. You should now see a list of available network printers.
5. To add the printer to your system, right-click on the printer you want and select “connect” from the menu options.
6. You can now choose the printer from within all your applications.
