Reporting Phishing via Outlook Desktop

1. In the Outlook desktop app, you can find the PAB (Phishing Alert Button) on the toolbar at the top.

(For Mac users: The PAB doesn't work with the latest Outlook for macOS yet, but KnowBe4 is working on fixing this.)

2. If you don't see the button, click the three dots at the end of the toolbar. The PAB will show up in the drop-down menu.

3. Done!

Note: If you would like to move the PAB out of the drop-down list and onto the ribbon to be always visible, follow the instructions below.

You can also find the PAB by right-clicking (or Ctrl + Clicking) any message in your Inbox. The PAB will appear on the pop-up menu.
