Step 2: Navigate to the Inbox - Click on the "Inbox" folder in the left navigation pane to view your emails. Step 3: Identify the Sender - Locate the email from the sender you want to block in your inbox. Step 4: Right-Click the Email - Right-click on the email to open a context menu. Step 5: Access Junk Options - In the context menu, hover over the "Junk" option to open the Junk submenu. Step 6: Choose "Block Sender" - Click on "Block Sender" in the Junk submenu. Step 7: Confirm the Action - A confirmation prompt will appear, asking if you want to block the sender and move all future messages from them to the Junk Email folder. - Click "OK" to confirm. Step 8: Blocked Sender Confirmation - You'll see a notification in the Outlook window confirming that the sender has been blocked. Step 9: Check Junk Email Folder (Optional) - If you want to verify that the email from the blocked sender has been moved, go to the "Junk Email" folder in the left navigation pane. Optional Step: Unblock a Sender - If you want to unblock a previously blocked sender, right click on any email to bring up the context menu - Hover over "Junk" then click on "Junk E-mail Options..." - Click on "Blocked Senders" and remove the email you want to allow Now, any future emails from the blocked sender will automatically be moved to your Junk Email folder. This helps keep your inbox clutter-free and ensures you don't receive unwanted messages. Resetting or changing the View in Outlook
To reset the view in Microsoft Outlook, you can follow these steps. These instructions are based on the Microsoft Outlook 2019 version, but the steps are similar in other versions of Outlook: 1.
